Quality assurance:

Guaranteed to be virgin material
Guaranteed gauge control on all colors
Guaranteed color consistency - achieved by no feed-back of trim
- Each lot tested with color spectrophotometer and validated against a master color book at point of production. All material is re-tested at PVC TECH with identical spectrophotometer.
DINP plasticizer ensures enhanced printability.
Controlled shrinkage - (3%) to match PVC Tech’s clear films.

Yield assurance:

Straight cut roll start assures 90% + (plus) useable yardage yield.

Packaging:

"Special Handling" implemented immediately after production to avoid pressure marks.
Styrofoam saddles with PU foam inserts avoid pressure marks during shipping and storage.

CLEAR film – Non Tack and Matte - the ideal compliment to Bookcovers films.

Low shrinkage (2-3%) guarantees compatibility with Bookcover films

Copy guard formulation @ no up-charge.

Packaging:

Each roll is suspended within a box, to avoid pressure marks (Premium Non Tack)
Patented foam-padded cores minimize core marks to achieve 98 - 99% useableyardage yield.
