Custom Packaging: An Example in Steps
CPSIA Compliant materials are phthalate free and must be stored separately from regular materials to avoid the risk of phthalate migration.
To ensure separation and traceability, each roll is individually wrapped and special Pink labels mark the pallets to signal these materials are safe for child-use products.
We use cushion-palletizing where applicable to buffer the material from sudden jogs during transport.
